Affordable senior housing. 40 units. 38 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom units. 4 apartments are fully handicapped-accessible. Tenants must be age 55+ or disabled, and have income less than $28,000 for one person or $32,000 for two. Laundry on-site and community room.
