Program Description:
Schedules medical transportation primarily for Medicaid recipients residing in Wake County and traveling within Wake County. Travel to medical appointments in Durham and Chapel Hill is provided only with a doctor's referral letter. This office also schedules all TRACS trips, as well as transportation for Wake County user agencies, such as Resources for Seniors, that have contracted with WCTS.
