Eligibility: Must reside in Northern or Eastern Wake County
Fees: $2 each way within North or East Wake zone; $4 each way to travel outside North or East Wake zone
Intake Process: Call to make reservation a day before appointment.
Service Area: Northern and Eastern Wake County
Program Description:
Transportation program funded by Wake County contracting primarily with WCTS to provide public transportation to residents of Northern and Eastern Wake County. The Northern zone includes the area north of I-540, beginning at the western boundary of Wake County, and extends east to US-401. The Eastern zone includes the areas east/ south of US-401, east of the Neuse River, including the towns of Knightdale, Wendell, and Zebulon. Available to anyone, no age or other restrictions. Trips are $2 each way within the service area, and $4 each way outside the service area. Reserved service seating is available on Monday - Saturday. Reservation requests must be made for the next day only (i.e. no standing orders). Also, additional seating may be available -- call reservation line for information.
