Program Details

Hours: Operates Monday-Saturday from 6AM to 6PM
Eligibility: Must reside in Southern Wake County, be 60 years of age or older, or disabled. Can also be used for employment.
Fees: $2 each way within service zone; $4 each way outside of service zone
Intake Process: Call to make reservation a day before appointment.
Service Area: Southern Wake County

Program Description:

Transportation program funded by Wake County serving the smaller communities and rural areas of southern Wake County. The Southern Zone service area includes Garner and rural areas of southeast Wake County, east of US-401, as well as the Swift Creek area west of 401 and north of Ten-Ten Road to Tryon Road. Trips are $2 each way within the service area, and $4 each way outside the service area. The service will travel into Raleigh on a case-by-case basis, based on space availability. Reserved service seating is available on Monday - Saturday. Reservation requests must be made for the next day only (i.e. no standing orders). Also, additional seating may be available -- call reservation line for information.
