Program Description:
Provides skilled nursing, private duty, companion services (housekeeping & meal prep), bathing & grooming, Trach care, hygiene care & wound care, live-in caregivers. Aides are allowed to provide transportation to private pay clients. Proof of liability insurance requested 11/14/2013 and 11/21/2013. Final request for liability insurance 5/11/2017
