Affordable apartments for persons age 55+. Has 39 units, one and two-bedroom. Income must be less than $28,000 for one, or $32,000 for two. Minimum income is $16,008 for one-bedroom and $17,952 for two-bedroom. Section 8 vouchers accepted. Small pets allowed.
