Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing Medicaid PCS, CAP/DA, CAP/C, private duty aide services as well as companion services. Not Medicare-certified. CARS accredited. Can do 24-hour, evening, and weekend care; may be able to arrange live-ins. Private duty workers may provide transportation. Proof of liability insurance provided September 2013. The parent company, HealthCore Resource, also offers CNA certification classes and behavioral health services: community support, targeted case management, CAP/MR-DD, Home & Community & supported employment.
