Eligibility: Age 55+; and income less than 50% of area median income ($26,550 for a 1-person household, or $30,350 for a 2-person household in 2013).
Fees: Rents start at $499; security deposit is $300; income limits do apply, but not based on a sliding scale. $25 application fee. $300 pet deposit.

Program Description:
Affordable housing for seniors age 55+. Tax credit property. 17 one-bedroom apartments. Located in the renovated historic Jones Street School. All apartments have emergency pull cords in bedroom and bathroom. The property has a community room, laundry room, and private courtyard. All apartments are centrally located in one secure building with four entry/ exit doors. Pets welcome up to 25 lbs; some breed restrictions. Wait list approximately 3-4 months.
