Program Description:
(4/28/17: No longer actively accepting new clients.) Geriatric care manager providing non-medical care services to the elderly and disabled. Provides advocacy services including, but not limited to, medical appointments/ tests, short & long-term care facilities, insurance issues, as well as assisting in locating resources for at-home living. Bachelor's level education in social work and notary. Many years of experience providing help to seniors and disabled. References available. Bonded and insured corporation.
