Hours: Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM
Eligibility:
Fees: $21/ hour for non-medical home care; $22/ hour evenings & weekends. $22/ per hr for 12-hour overnight stay (8:00PM to 8:00 AM); 3-hour minimum visit.
Intake Process: Call for initial consultation.

Licensed skilled nursing and non-medical home care agency. Aides are permitted to provide transportation. Can provide 24-hour and weekend care. *(11/02/15) Agency not accepting new Medicaid-PCS clients. Company has provided proof of insurance coverage for property damage or physical injury to clients, and also for theft or dishonesty by employees (verified 2014).
