Eligibility:
Fees: Private Pay/ CNA: $16.50-$19.50/hr; Companion/ homemaker: sliding scale with a 3-hour minimum per visit.
Intake Process: Call to arrange services.

Program Description:
Agency providing private pay CNA services, Medicaid PCS, CAP/DA, companion care services, light housekeeping, meal preparation, etc. Can staff evening, weekend, 24-hour, and overnight care in addition to daytime. Aides can provide transportation to private pay clients. Proof of liability insurance provided 11/14/2013.
