Program Description:
Licensed, Medicare-certified home care agency providing skilled nursing, PT, OT, ST, social work. CNA services only when skilled services are also being provided. All staff are direct employees, not contracted out. Also provides full hospice services with nursing, chaplain services, volunteers, social work, aides, etc.
