Program Description:
Home care agency, offering private duty and Medicaid-funded home care aide and companion services. No skilled therapies. Can staff 24-hour and weekend care. Aides are allowed to provide transportation on a case-by-case basis. Also licensed to provide Durable Medical Equipment such as wheelchairs (power and manual), bedside commodes, shower chairs, rollators, hospital beds, etc. Agency has provided proof of liability insurance, September 2013.
