Eligibility: Seniors and disabled adults 18 years old or older
Fees: $20-25/ hour based on schedule and level of care with a 3 hour minimum
Intake Process: Call to set up home care assessment by RN
Service Area: Wake, Johnston, Nash, Harnett, Lee, Franklin, Wilson, Granville, and Vance counties.
Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing CNA for personal and companion services. Available hours include daytime, evening, weekend, 24-hour, live-in and respite services. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Errands using caregiver vehicle incur a mileage charge. Accepts private pay and LTC insurance. No Medicaid. All caregivers are CNAs and have a daily background check conducted on them. (10/30/15) Agency is a service provider for Lifeline Medical Alert. A personal emergency response system that gives access to fast assistance. Agency states that they carry liability insurance and aides are bonded. Proof of insurance provided September 2013.
