Eligibility:
Fees: Delivery is free within a 3-mile radius for those over age 65, or those with 3 or more prescriptions.
Intake Process: Accept e-mail, web, call-ins, doctor fax, CE prescriptions
Service Area: Hayes-Barton, Five Points, North Hills, Central Raleigh
Program Description:
Pharmacy providing medications and health-related products including compression hose, braces, and bathroom medical accessories. Medicare-enrolled for durable medical equipment. Will deliver prescriptions and over-the-counter items, synchronize medications for auto-refill program, accept & file most insurance including Medicare & NC Medicaid. Can provide medications in 30-day blister cards if desired. Provide Medication Therapy Management through all Part D plans. Provide diabetes counseling by a certified diabetes educator. Pharmacist administers flu, shingles, pneumonia, tetanus/pertussis, and meningococcal vaccines and will bill insurance.
