Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing companion and personal care aide services. Accepts Medicaid and private payment. Services available daytime, evenings, and weekends. No live-ins. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Proof of liability insurance coverage requested 9/18/2013,11/21/2013 and 10/13/2016.
