Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing personal care aide service and companion services through Medicaid or private pay. Also offers nursing care services Weekend, evening, and 24-hour services available. Aides are not permitted to provide transportation. Proof of insurance requested 11/14/2013 and 11/21/2013.
