Tax-credit affordable senior housing for residents 55+. 64 one- and two-bedroom units in a 3-story building, opened in 2012. Amenities include elevators, laundry facility, community rooms, craft room, sun room, computer room, library, covered picnic area. Building has secured doors, with electronic code access. Rooms have emergency pull cords, roll-in showers, grab bars and laundry connections. Pets allowed up to 25 lbs. 8 fully-handicapped accessible units.
