Program Description:
Affordable senior housing complex for those age 62+. 80 units. Located in Raleigh near Wake Forest. Smoke-free community. All household members must be age 62+. Allows one pet per household up to 25 lbs. Accepts Section 8 vouchers. Water, sewer, trash included in rent. New Evergreen Construction property expected to open December 2016.
